2014 Honda CR-V LX Sport Utility 4-Door Description

Here is our pristine low mileage pampered AWD (All Wheel Drive) CR-V up for grabs. This car has always been garaged and has never had a smoker, or pets, or children in it. Just my wife and I (seniors). We have always babied it as we thought we would never sell, but life changes dictate this sale. It come with a transferable ($50 fee) balance of a Factory HONDA CARE bumper to bumper warranty, that can be serviced at ANY Honda dealer in the US. It is in place until 8-04-2022 or 120,000 Miles. Priceless, peace of mind for you! It has faithfully had 3,000 mile (usually even less) oil changes with full synthetic oil and genuine OEM Honda filters. The sale includes the best available water/spill-proof and expensive "Wet Okole" seat covers for the front bucket seats and HuskyLiner/Weatherguard custom fit molded floor mats/liners on the front and back floors as well as the cargo area in back. They have been in place in the car since new, being purchased immediately after we bought the car, so the upholstery and carpet is as new and clean as can be. The little lines etc. showing in the pictures are marks from the bottom of the mats having just been pulled out. These "pan" type floor protectors are great as any spills would be totally kept within the molded floor liner. The exterior has recently been professionally waxed with the best product money can buy to protect the lustrous white finish. There is small ding up on a rear quarter panel near the little back window that is a mystery to me as to where it came from as something in the garage must have bumped it. You have to look for it, but otherwise the body and all are perfect! You will not be disappointed at all with this prime example! It has never needed any mechanical repairs, all is perfect. Please check out my perfect, well established feedback and buy with complete confidence! +++EDIT+++ I have never sold a car here and it turns out "clear" title means no lienholder....duh...but nothing else was an option to pick besides salvaged or rebuilt or damaged or lemon etc etc. wwhich none of those apply. I know people sell cars that still have some money owed, but it needs to be coordinated with the bank. There is a branch of the bank here in the area that carries the loan, and I owe a lot less than it is going to be sold for, so I guess a buyer and I would have to meet at the bank to pay them and get proof of pay-off and head on over to the local DMV in the same city to solidify status and get new title in the works. I'm very experienced at sale in general, but not at all with cars. I just tried calling Ebay motors agent, but they are gone for the weekend and will be receiving a call from them tomorrow. I already received an offer (albeit too low), but put 2+2 together thus this added information. So buy based on these details. Thanks!
