2010 Honda Civic LX Sedan 4-Door 1.8L Atomic Blue Metal Gray 1 Owner in CA

I'm selling this car for my sister. She has all the original manuals and even the original sticker (see pics)

She has always used the car in California putting mostly freeway miles on the car.

Includes:
the Latch system for child seats
2 original remote entry keys
The car has never been in an accident.
There are some scratches on the exterior which I tried to show in the pictures. There is a dent over the rear fender and a dent over the front fender. (see pics)
There is a dimple in the roof (see pic)
This car has always been reliable. Never had a problem. Always did oil changes regularly and all services at an authorized service center and AAA approved station.
Put on new Michelin Defender XT Tires a few months ago which now have only about 5k miles on them (see receipt in pics)
Has a brand new battery.
We have and are including the original factory radio not installed (see pic). The after market radio/cd player that is installed has a usb port that doesn't work all the time and the CD player is not working. But the original factory radio is in new condition--buyer can have it installed.
The visors for this year notoriously need replacing or repairing. We repaired the driver side visor which will hold for the life of the car. The passenger side is still working properly but we are happy to include the fix it solution we used on the driver side (2 binder screws) in case you need it in the future. You can search youtube for Honda Civic 2010 visor repair to see what I'm referring to.
There are stains and scratches on the dash (see pic)
Stains on the carpet, seats, inside doors which I tried to show in the pics but they don't all show in the pictures
