2012 Honda Civic Description
This 2012 Honda Civic (known as GX or CNG or NG) is a beautiful light blue. If you are looking for a compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicle, this can be the one for you. Very economical to drive because compressed natural gas is less expensive than gasoline per mile driven. Solid vehicle with a solid motor. Everything is tight.
Includes navigation, power windows, power locks and cold air conditioning. Smooth ride with excellent steering and brakes. Drives excellent.
Current inspection and registration sticker good through January 2018. Clear blue Texas title in my name. The only reason I am selling this car is because I have too many vehicles. No trades. I do not need help selling this car. Must show cash and driver's license to test drive.
1.8 liter single overhead cam multipoint fuel injection 16 valve in-line 4 cylinder specifically for compressed natural gas engine. Of note, the Honda factory compression ratio is 12.7 and the connecting rods are high strength alloy. Also, the valves and valve seats are hardened at the Honda factory for exceptionally long engine life. According to the EPA, this engine produces 70-90% lower smog forming emissions, 20-30% lower CO2 and virtually no evaporative emissions when compared to a regular Civic. A side benefit of CNG engines is improved spark plug and oil life as there are fewer impurities to foul either one. Bluetooth HandsFreeLink, USB audio interface, 16-watt AM/FM audio system w/CD player, MP3/WMA playback, auxiliary input jack, speed sensitive volume control.
