• This is a well maintained, all records car in very good condition. No accidents, no repairs.
  
• Purchased in Oct 2010, not 2009
  
• Clean title; my father was original owner and I am now the second owner
  
• Approx. 87,000 mostly highway mileage (see photo taken 1/23/17); I recently relocated from Central NJ to Jersey City, NJ and no longer need a car. I am, however, still using it from time to time so the mileage will increase slightly.
  
• Inspection Oct 2016, recent oil change Jan 2017, new tires Nov 2014 with tread now ~50%, brake pads ~ 50%
  
• Includes all service records by certified Honda technicians, completed service history booklet, all original guides & booklets, 2 keys (lost valet key), and aftermarket floor mats
