1999 Honda Civic Description

Project Car / Parts Car / Mechanic's special
Purchased 1600, invested 1500. Can't complete due to cost and inability to repair myself.
Replaced: Head Gasket (refinished & rebulit), interior wiring harness, battery, fuses, radiator fan, spare tire & jack. Recharged the A/C, (blows cold).
I wanted a running project car. It was fun till it stopped running and started getting expensive to pay people to help me. Will consider trades for running vehicles.
It won't start, one of the plugs isn't receiving spark. I replaced the coil but it wasn't the problem. It was overheating and I purchased a thermostat. I don't know if that was the problem or not, it won't turn over. It was still overheating the last time it started.
