2006 Honda Ridgeline Description

For sale is a 2006 Honda Ridgeline RT. I bought this truck from our local Honda Dealer as a Honda Certified Used Car back in February of 2008 with 33,920 miles. So calculated out, I've had it 9 years and roughly 150,000 miles. The dealer told me it was a one-owner truck before I had it. So it appears to be just a 2 owner local truck.
I have 30+ pages of service records. Most of the services are oil changes with filter & rotate tires. Twice I did the timing belt & water pump maintenance (last time was @ 173,602 miles April 2016). I replaced the transmission with a newer transmission with only 41,000 miles late fall of last year. I didn't care for the factory RT wheels so I upgraded the wheels in 2012 with Honda's newest style Ridgeline 18" alloy wheels (& added wheel locks). I upgraded the tires yet again at 177,534 mile with new 245/70 18" Goodyear tires.
I don't know of any mechanical issues needing attention. There is a small damaged area to the rear bumper but "out of sight-out of mind", I never fixed it. The body is straight, paint finish really good but there are expected nicks, wear on the paint etc mostly on the front bumper/hood area (nothing major or obnoxious). There's no oil leaks of any kind. The hitch on the back is for occasionally picking up a motorcycle or two. FYI: my trailer is an open trailer weighing only around 450 pounds.
If it helps, I'm a non-smoker and the only reason I'm selling it is to buy a new truck (another Honda Ridgeline).
Considering the year & the mileage, I'd rate the truck a solid 8-1/2 or maybe even a 9 out of a 10. The truck comes with a free & clear title in my name. The winner of this truck will be happy.
