2003 Honda Civic EX Coupe 2-Door Description

03' Honda Civic Ex...PARTS CAR NO TITLE. car runs and drives 1.7 Vtech 310k miles auto $400 obo. Tranny slips in 2nd gear. I Put a timing belt in in about 3 months ago and apparently that was not the problem. car runs and drives but will not go faster than 10mph not sure what the issue is and I am tired of messing with it. PARTS CAR ONLY NO TITLE....Been a great little car....car will need towed or car been driven on a trailer..
