1999 Honda Accord Description

The good:this is completely reliable transportation and has been for the entire time I’ve owned it and my ex-wife before.It’s a strong runner and I drive it all over the Sound without any problems.Until recently, I was driving between Bothell and Bellevue 5 days/week.Starts right up every time.Does not leak fluids.It has:

·Newer tires (less than 3K on 70K-mile Firestone)

·New brakes front and back

·Complete tune-up package including plugs, wires, new battery, fluids, etc. in last 1,500 miles

Good transmission/clutch

I have always maintained this car and changed the oil religiously.I only use premium gas, although it would probably do just as well with regular.Excellent gas mileage.

The not so great:

The paint is fading, there are a multitude of minor scratches, several dings, and a dent under the driver side bumper (not visible in the pics and does not interfere with operation).The windshield is cracked in two or three places, but doesn’t interfere with visibility.The interior is worn and stained, especially in the front.The rear seats are in much better condition.The stereo gets radio, but is otherwise broken and cannot be adjusted for anything other than station.It uses about a quart of oil between changes, but doesn’t leak any fluids whatsoever (the mechanic can’t find it and it doesn’t create a problem).The power door locks must sometimes be manually closed.No car alarm.These are the only caveats I can think of.

I’m only selling it because I don’t need an extra car.Drive it home (please).
