2011 Honda CR-Z EX Description

For sale is a clean, well-cared for 2011 Honda CR-Z EX in Laguna Blue. This 2011 Honda CR-Z has great acceleration and wonderful styling without sacrificing exceptional fuel economy. The Honda CR-Z is well maintained and has only 40,722 miles. The TRANSMISSION IS MANUAL (STANDARD) 6-speed. It is not a commuter car and has only been used on weekends and the occasional travel within 200 miles of DC. Some information about the 2011 Honda CR-Z from the manufacturer: the CR-Z is based on the Insight platform, and Honda bills it as the 'World's first sport hybrid'. Styling is reminiscent of the much-loved CRX of the 1980 and 1990s, but updated to Honda's current design language and beyond, with an aggressive nose and sweeping angles. Power comes from a 122-hp, 1.5L SOHC 16-Valve i-VTEC engine and Integrated Motor Assist (IMA), a DC brushless motor that adds another 13 HP. The CR-Z sets itself apart from other hybrids with the 'sport' powertrain. It's economical, yet sporty, and has some cool style with the hatch back. This is the EX model with plenty of technology features - Bluetooth, USB, 3.5" AUX, CD player, and a 360 Watt Premium Audio 7-speaker with subwoofer sound system. The car is in excellent condition and has had only one owner (me). I baby it as much as possible - lives in an enclosed garage, always warm up the engine > 5 min before driving, light on the acceleration, and regular maintenance (all maintenance up to date). I have receipts for regular maintenance from both Pohanka and Landmark Honda dealerships (roughly every 8 months), and service for all Honda software recalls related to the CR-Z (e.g., the airbag inflator, which was corrected in summer of 2016 for this car). Additionally, the car is still covered under a 'Platinum' extended warranty from Pohanka Honda in Virginia (120,000 miles or 8 years, whichever is first). Hence, there's several years or tens of thousands of miles left on the warranty (see photos for details). As you can also see from the photos, there's no damage, and the car has never been in an accident. Note, however, that the paint job isn't perfect - there are slight marks (non-recessed) here and there from expected use, mainly on the front grill near the fog lights and on the rear bumper (hardly noticeable). Please recognize that I WILL NOT SELL to anyone without first having that person physically be present to examine the car in person and be satisfied with the purchase.
