2013 HONDA CR-V 5DR 2WD EX-L
I am the first and only owner, bought it in 2013 for $28,375 from Russell & Smith Honda in Houston.
I can meet any SERIOUS buyer between Houston and College Station if you want to look at the car.
CONDITION: It has been maintained at all of the recommended intervals, well taken car of and 100% garage parked. It is in excellent condition inside and out with normal but light wear & tear shown in photos. There are some small chips in the paint and some surface scratches, etc. The leather has been cared for and is awesome shape. We are non-smokers and no one has ever smoked in the vehicle. It smells great, has never had any flood damage. No accidents, no work done on it at all except for regularly scheduled maintenance. No aftermarket parts except for all-weather rubber floor mats. I replaced the battery yesterday because I hadn't driven it in a couple of weeks and it pulled a little bit when starting, so that is brand new.
It has been a great vehicle for us, but I got a new job and received a company car. It is in really great shape in all aspects and I am happy to have any mechanic or 3rd party verify that for you, or put you in contact with our local mechanic, who is established and reputable.
