No allowance will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and be satisfied with the condition/value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The Seller, RiverTown Honda, assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

If you have less than 10 feedbacks on eBay, please contact us prior to bidding. We reserve the right to remove bids of buyers with low or poor feedback.

The Winning Bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of the close of the auction and make arrangements for payment at that time.

If no contact is made within 24 hours, RiverTown reserves the right to relist the vehicle.

If full payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle and keep any deposit.

All vehicles are delivered with 1 key unless otherwise noted. As these are Pre-Owned vehicles, they may have chips, dings, scratches and other imperfections not listed in the description.

We can only complete paperwork at our location in Grandville, Michigan. The vehicle title will be mailed 10-14 business days after the transaction is complete. The Title will be transferred into your name or business prior to being mailed, no exceptions.

ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. All bids are subject to a Documentation Fee and corresponding State Sales Tax and Title/Registration Fees.

A 5% Documentary Fee (This fee is equal to 5% of the final sale price, but will not exceed $210) will be collected on every sale.
