It is being sold by Feretti Motors with a PA Reconstructed Flood branded Title, however at some point in its history, this vehicle had been issued a Florida Certificate of Destruction. According to current state DMV regulations, this vehicle can never again be registered and titled in the following states: FL, TN, VA, MI, SC, GA, AL, MO, IL, and MN.
