Description
For sale is our 2005 Honda Accord EX. This is the fuel efficient 4 cylinder version with all the high end features found in the EXL, leather, XM radio, better speakers, sunroof, aluminium 17'' rims and more.
Clean title, check the autocheck report to verify.
This has been our personal car for the last 5 years and we really enjoyed having the car. We purchased this car with 15k from an older couple who needed an higher vehicle they could step in and out of, they ended up purchasing a honda CRV that was easier for them to get in and out of.
Mechanically the car runs great, all the electronics work, the car handles well and is super fuel efficient. In terms of what is wrong with the car, there is some road rash on the rims, small dings and chips on the front hood from just being on the road for 113k miles and there is a tiny (golf ball size) indentation on the back corner trunk area courtesy of my nephew horsing around too close to the car.
The car has a clean carfax/autocheck and we can provide a report. We have always changed the oil with premium synthetic mobil 1 with either a mobil 1 or bosch premium filter. The fluids have always been checked on time, the transmission fluids have been changed and the brake pads and calipers are also upgraded/premium. The tires are in great shape.
Potential buyers typically ask why we are selling the car. The answer is because we simply wanted a new car. You are welcome to test drive the car and take it to a local mechanic for an inspection. This car has not been in an accident and the carfax will verify that as well.
We own the car outright, there are no liens against the title, we have the title in hand, so the purchase should be super easy. We are AAA members and they make car sales quick and easy.
I priced this car below what I was seeing on autotrader for a similar car, I was seeing similar cars (05/06 EX with leather, 130k+ miles) for around $8,000. My asking price is $6,995 OBO.

I DO NOT SHIP, please do not ask. This transaction must be finalized in person in Ventura, CA. A bill of sale is required to be signed by both parties in person, valid payment made in person at the time of the title being signed, the title has to be signed by both the buyer and seller, a smog check performed and odometer disclosure form signed and any other necessary paperwork.
