2006 Honda Odyssey Description

2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L with 122,024 miles for sale by owner (needs transmission rebuild). I purchased this minivan in 2013 with 62020 miles on it. The vanhad accident damage but was lot drivable. I replaced front bumper (currently not painted), hood, both front fenders, both headlights, and the radiator. The radiator support is slightly bent in....rather thancut it out andweld in anew piece, I simply used some shims (washers) to adjust the position of the hood latch and the radiator supports to get everything lined up again. Its not a perfect jobbut gets the job done. The paint is starting to flake of the hood and the fendersdue to rock chips. The van looks fine from 20 feet away, its when you start getting closer thatyou see many of the detailed flaws. I have driven the van trouble free for 60,000 miles with this rebuild job that I did myself- Ido not have a shop and am by no means a professional rebuilder....I just got an incredible deal on this vanthat I couldn't pass up. Again, I purchased the van with 62,020 on the odometer and it now has122,024 on the odometer. The title is a Texas blue title meaning it has already been rebuilt and registered for driving on the roads. The title states "Not Actual Mileage" due to the insurance guys totaling it out and marking it as such for whatever reasons they have. Looking at the mileage on Carfax and Autocheck you can see that the mileage is actual based on the service intervals of the van before the accident.

The van is nearly fully loaded with leather seats, rear dvd entertainment system, and auto-climate control for front and rear.

The van needs a full transmission rebuild. Driving the van more than 30 minutes or so will result in the rear output shaft speed sensor to throw the check engine light and the van goes into limp-mode. My transmission shop tells me a full rebuild is needed. This is a third car for me at this point, so I rather sell at a massive discount to someone else.

Please remember this is a salvage - rebuilt van that has not been expertly rebuilt. The rebuild job I did myself allowed the van to pass Texas safety and emissions inspections and have lasted me 60,000 miles. The only reason I am selling is due to the van now needing a full transmission rebuild. The van is lot drivable meaning it can be driven onto a trailer but that is it.....it will need a transmission to be road worthy again.

Call or text me at 214-945-1980 or email me at arpatel97@yahoo.com with your questions only if you are serious about buying. The van is located at my home in Arlington, TX and I can help load the auto-transport trailer if necessary, however, I will NOT pay for shipping. The van must be picked up with 7 days of purchase or I reserve the right to cancel the sale or have it impounded by the city under the buyer's name.

Thanks

Andy

I have listed the van for sale locally and thereby reserve the right to end the auction early if I get cash in hand from a local buyer before end of auction.
