1986 Hummer H1 Hardtop Description

Fresh restoration Humvee 998 Hardtop with hard X doors, this is the hard combination to find. Ideal for camping or closed haulin, this vehicle converts easily to 4 man seating . New batteries, new generato, belts,fluids, fresh seat covers. Heavy duty 3/4 inch thick rubber mat for rear section is easily removed and provides a nice secure soft surface to load on. Options include Pioneer rac, LED headlight, new fire extinguisher,

Jerry can and mount, military whip antenn, jack and too, brush guard, set up for front winch and fair lead . Side tool boxes for added storage.

Tires are 90 percent . Vehicle runs strong shifts and brakes well and goes down the road fine . Engine has fresh oil and filter change. Fresh air cleaner element. All hubs and drive units have fresh gear oil along with all grease fittings. motor has new belts . Generator is brand new 200 amp unit along with 2 new batteries. Glow plug unit works fine.

Ignition has been converted to key start unit, wipers work, rear view mirrors are good with no cracks . Fresh desert tan CARCC paint all over is clean . Heavy duty lic plate bracket. All doors close properly and have clear crack free glass. I store this truck indoors .

Serial number of truck 037713 National Guard Army NG2PEP Truck sent back for rebuild 2-7-06. Engine does not smok, no leaks in transmission or rear ends. I have added a photo of vin plate along with rebuild data plate.

I was asked what it takes to convert to 4 seat. Simple 2 minute process. Rear mat is split behind seating area (remove it ) remove panels over rear seats. Put seat backs in slots Your done Rear seat cushions are already mounted to bases.

Truck oil pressure at idle is 30 lbs. Tow straps and clevis front and rear are included with sale. Fire extinguisher has current up to date tag. batteries are 12v spec units and are hooked together for 24v service. Glow plug (natron) unit works fine, exhaust and muffler fine condition . Heater blows war, There are a spare set of new generator belts located in battery tray . Power steering works fine. Jack is military spec for Humvee and has carry bag and jack handle. Pioneer rack is new unit with new pic, new axe and uesd good condition shovel.
