You are bidding on our 2006 Hyundai Tucson GL Limited which we are unexpectedly selling because our recently-graduated adult child decided to buy a new car leaving us with 10 months remaining on a late-model leased car that makes the Tucson "extra".

Important additional options not listed above include 1) heated Front Bucket Seats, 2) Running Boards and 3) FRONT & REAR PILLAR AIRBAGS.

The vehicle was given to us by our parents in 2012 for the purpose of providing their teen-aged grandchildren a larger, SAFE reliable vehicle for going to school and getting to their various activities. Both our daughters successfully used the vehicle in this fashion.

We wish that our graduate had decided to purchase the new vehicle about a month earlier, as we just replaced the Tucson's alternator, water pump, timing belt and drive belt in July to the tune of just over $1700. It was time to proactively do this work before any issues arose, so it was done. That's the way we maintain all our vehicles. We are thinking of it as the buyer's "gain".

The vehicle drives well and is mechanically sound. Overall it is very clean, but it does require some touch-up painting on the right rearwheel well/door(no denting or body issues) due to a minor side swipe that occurred at the high school parking lot. That's the only significant cosmetic issue.

When we looked up this vehicle in Kelly Blue Book the average mileage for this model and year is listed at just over 118000 miles. Ours has just 91000 miles so it has significant less mileage than average. A dealer would touch up the paint, detail the car and put it out on the lot priced at around $7000.

We are not dealers, so there's a good deal to be had on this vehicle for someone. Rather than just give it away at CarMax we are listing it here on eBay. We've sold 2 other vehicles on eBay in the past and had complete satisfaction.
