2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring SE Hatchback 4-Door Description

This sale is for a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring SE with a rebuilt salvage title @ 9,000 miles. It now has 72,000 and I've been the only owner since 9,000 miles.
The car has rebuilt title because of water damage from previous owner driving through water that came in just above floor of vehicle. The dealer that I purchased from did a full cleanup and inspected vehicle which was found to have no issues. The interior of the car does not show any signs of water damage.
It has been a very reliable vehicle since we purchased in July of 2012. We have a full CARFAX report, all service history including oil changes.
Completed 60K Hyundai recommended maintenance which included timing belt, transmission service, fuel filter, air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs, tire rotation, brakes, and pretty much everything on the car. New tires Labor day of 2015. Always change oil every 3,000 miles. Had touch up on paint done on hood and front end from road debris done July of this year. Automatic starter installed when vehicle was purchased. Also, has 1/4 in receiver that we used for bike rack.
Known issues are: The top roof rack rail on driver side silver paint is flaking off, which can be seen in pics. This has been like that since we got the car. The steering wheel silver/chrome finish is beginning to wear. Small front bumper scrapes as well as scrapes on rims. CD player does not work and is actually a known problem with this car. Any Hyundai dealer will replace for $100, but we never use CDs so we didn't get it fixed. Also, has 2 12V plugs in dash, 1 of them works intermittently. There is also one in the back by hatchback.
And, that is about it. We want to get a Ford Flex and that's why we are selling.
Overall, this is a great car, with new timing belt, recommended maintenance done, with tow hitch, auto start, seat warmers, A/C works, & tinted windows.
