Local pickup is available. If not possible, shippingarrangements and costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. I am not familiar with export process and overseas shipping. I can help US buyer arrange shipping if they are unable to find a carrier, however, costs associated with shipping are still buyer's responsibility.
