2006 Hyundai Sonata GL Description

For sale is my 2006 Hyundai Sonata GL 4 Cylinder Automatic. I've driven it daily for 3 years and it has never broken down or failed to get me to work on time. The body is a bit rough but it has no structural rust and everything on the car works as it should. There are some known issues that I will discuss further down in this ad but I would not hesitate to get in this car and drive it cross country as it sits. Heat, A/C, engine, tranny, power locks, power windows, lights all work reliably.
Look carefully at the pictures, they were taken today and accurately show the condition of the car. As you'll notice the front bumper has been replaced and was not painted to match, along with the front left side mirror. There are dings and dents all over but no bad rust or serious damage. Car has 137k miles and counting, car is still registered and being driven.
Work completed in the last 2 years includes new brake pads and rotors front and rear. New battery. New exhaust flexpipe. New front right upper control arm. Oil changes every 5k with synthetic. Headlights replaced with 50w HID's which provide a ton more light and since the car has projector lamps it does not blind oncoming traffic (any worse than new luxury cars at least). Car has Enkei alloy wheels with excellent snow tires with good tread. Dunlop Graspics in rear and General Ultimax Arctics in front.
Known issues:-Check engine light comes on sometimes for "P0442 - Small evap leak". I have been able to clear it and pass inspection but I can't promise it will stay off long enough to pass for you so please plan on getting this taken care of. It is off right now but sometimes when I clear it it comes back within as little as 15 miles. It causes no drivability issues and I was able to pass inspection in September so I haven't worried about it but I would plan on bringing it to someone with a smoke machine to find the leak and fix it. -There is a squeak when the left front wheel goes over bumps. It's not bad but it is noticeable and there is no play in the wheel or other ill effects. About a year ago the righebt was making the same exact noise and replacing the front upper control arm on that side completely eliminated it. It's a $30 part, takes about an hour to change and it doesn't change your alignment when you swap it.-Ebrake on right side was making a bad noise and I elected to remove the offending parts instead of fixing it. I'd assume it needs a new cable and reassembly at a minimum. I will give you all of the parts that were removed but they aren't expensive or hard to find if you wanted to use new parts. As it sits now when you pull the ebrake lever the left side works as it should and the right side does nothing. This may give you problems passing inspection as well.
Car is currently registered and can be test driven. I can bring it to work in Natick, MA if you want to see it during the day, and I can show in Brookline or Cambridge most evenings and weekends. I have the clean title in hand but I will require buyer to sign a form stating that the car is being sold as-is for parts with known issues (check engine light and emergency brake) that could affect ability to pass inspection.
A $200 paypal deposit is due within 48 hours of auction end and please plan on picking up the car within 1 week and paying the rest of the balance owed in cash or a bank check at time of pickup.
