2007 Hyundai Elantra Description

I am the 2nd owner of this vehicle since 72,000 miles in 2011. It has performed great for me for my commute to work and back (85% highway.)It currently still drives and runs fine but I will go ahead and address the following:
1. The check engine light is on. I got it tested at AutoZone and after google-ing the code, it comes back as most likely O2 sensor. If you live in an area without emissions testing, you will be fine.
2. The airbag light in on. I have never had any accidents with this car and only about 18k miles ago, it decided to turn on. Haven't looked into if it's a fuse or something else.3. The ABS brake light is on. I am assuming this is due to the fact that only the 2 front brake calipers are engaging. In the fall, I had greased all the caliper pins but apparently, still allow only the front brakes to engage. Basically, count on doing a brake service for the rear (120$ in parts if DIY)
4. The drivers side front lower ball joint needs replaced. A 20$ part if you rent the press from AutoZone, it can be done in an afternoon. Because of this fact, the tires wear unevenly on the front. This should be addressed relatively quickly or you will notice the tread wearing on the inside of the tire.
5. Timing belt is at 68,000 miles so it's something that will need replaced before next winter.
The floor carpeting has some stains on it from having some tools and a bit of moisture left some rust stains. This can be easily taken care of on a nice summer afternoon and elbow grease. There is also a small tear in the back seat as well as a smidge of grease.
The positives : it's a rust free car, especially in Northeast Ohio is quite rare.
I replaced the entire steering rack in 2012, was 1,800$.
I replaced both front struts in 2015 for 750$.
Tires are 6 months old but need ball joint and alignment to preserve.
Front brake pads are new
Transmission fluid changed twice in 2016.
****Basically in 1 long day, all these issues can be taken care of and you will have a car that should last another 75-100k miles no problem.
300$ non refundable deposit thru PayPal due within 48 hours. I am located between 2 major airports (Akron and Cleveland) so if you fly in, I should be able to accommodate (Tuesday and Wednesday is best.) To be clear, this car will drive across the country just fine, it's still my daily driver!!
