2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS 4 door coupe Description

We are selling this for our 35 year old daughter who has decided she wants to be a doctor, moved to Boston for school and doesn't need a vehicle there. The vehicle is clean and in excellent condition as she maintained it according to the manufacturer's recommendations. She was the only owner and the vehicle is paid off with a clear title. At least 17,000 of her 54806 miles were long miles (2 round trips from Miami to Oklahoma, 1 round trip to Boston, several round trip drives from Miami to N. FL,etc). She had 2 minor fender benders in Boston (probably why she decided she didn't want a vehicle up there!) and both were expertly repaired through her insurance company. One was a little back up into a concrete pole in an underground parking garage and the other was a 5 mph bump into the rear end of another vehicle.The interior is in excellent condition with no noticeable stains.The exterior looks brand new with no oxidation of the paint and no noticeable scratches or missing parts.She purchased this vehicle from the Coconut Creek Hyundai dealership in S FL in March 2012 when she was living in Miami.She got great gas mileage with city driving around 29-33 and highway driving generally 33-39. She moved to Oklahoma in July 2014 and on our move she got over 40 mpg even loaded with moving boxes and suitcases. I truly believe this was because she was following us and had to drive the speed limit <smile>, but either way,this vehiclegets great gas mileage.All 4 tires were purchased brand newin February 2016.My daughter really lovedthis carfrom the minute she sat in it. We had looked at several Toyota's and Honda's, but once she saw this, she fell in love. It has a cute, sporty look and the seats are very comfortable. She would most likely still keep it if she had not moved to Boston. Boston is very busy and there is really nowhere to park a vehicle without incurring hefty parking rates so this was what she felt she had to do in order to save money. We will accept cashor cashiers check which willneed to beverified at the issuing bank. If necessary, we will accept a personal check, but the funds must clear before we finalize the sale and transfer the title. We will also require you to transfer title at the time of sale and will accompany you to the closest title office. These are things we have always done for any past sales of our personal vehicles and are for both your and our protection.
