Selling my used Infiniti FX35 its all wheel drive and has around 168k Miles

TO BE CLEAR THE IMPERFECTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

- rip on the driver seat which can be seen in the pictures.

- the first button on the driver seat control which moves the seat back and forth does not work ( seat can still be adjusted thru the other buttons. You can buy the whole switch for 93 dollars brand new here on eBay from an online dealer)

- A month ago replaced the valve cover gaskets ($1000 have receipts). But some how the car still burns about a quarter of oil in between oil changes. Which if you do some research the VQ35 engines all have this fault. It doesn't affect the car performance at all.

- The car runs hotter then normal 3/4 of the gauge on hot days 85 degrees and above when running the AC on & driving the car for at least 30-45 mins or so. (Mechanic says it could be the radiator might be partially clogged).

- DASHBOARD has 4 small crack lines from the sun.

The good news is this car has some recalls that have not been done and you can take it to the dealer and get them this includes:

New headlights and tail lights ( nothing wrong with current ones, but why not get free new ones?)

And a whole new dashboard!!!! (Fix the cracks issue)
