Superb vehicle! A lot of car for the price.

ByJdriver303on Saturday, September 5, 2015

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 42,000

overall rating 10 of 10

Pros:"see review"

Cons:"see review"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10):10

"Best vehicle I've ever owned (2 Land Rovers, 6 GMC autos/SUVs/Trucks,

3 Fords sedan, mustang, LTD, & 1 Toyota sedan). For a fat guy (360),

I was worried about room - no problem; it fit like a champ. More room

inside (front cabin) than appears. Has some "gitty-up"; but the super-charged

Rovers eat it's lunch (same with the TT BMW X6). Which brings me to my only

beef with this car: at 310 HP, they should have added a TT or SC option.

Then it would be a monster. Good on snow/ice; but, I wouldn't take it

off-road (too far, at least). Again, the RR kill it in this area; but, they are

almost 2x the cost. If you want style on a budget get a FX35, FX50, or the new QX70."

Superior quality and performance outweigh MPG

ByJaysRideon Sunday, May 17, 2015

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 6,000

overall rating 9 of 10

Pros:"Original styling, luxurious interior, tech savvy"

Cons:"Gas mileage"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10):10

"We've had this vehicle for 24 months of our 39 month lease.

The only reason this vehicle doesn't get a 10/10 for an Overall

Rating is because the efficiency in its MPG is lower than we expected

for city driving in Washington, DC. Of course, the low number of miles

on the vehicle (6,000) in two years is because our driving is limited

primarily to the short commute to work. We took the vehicle for a

1200 mile roundtrip to the midwest to see family, and we were able

to test its highway performance in ice and snow and rain. It exceeded

our expectations."

Reliability and Performance in one Great Package

ByMikeon Friday, January 23, 2015

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 18,200

overall rating 10 of 10

Pros:"Great performance, high tech!"

Cons:"Not cheap, average gas economy"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10):10

"I’m a second time FX owner (03-FX45, 12-FX-35). I have loved both of

my FX’s, possibly too much if you ask my significant other. My 03 FX45

was the original bionic cheetah and set the stage for all the imitators to

follow - the BMW X6, the Audi Q5, Porsche Cayenne, etc, and that list is

growing. Its combination of originality, bold lines and the baddest power

plant anywhere made it a winner that was hard to part with, even at well

over 100K miles. As a testimony to its design, my 03 still looked fresh and

cutting edge to the eye eight years into its production run and even up to

now. An instant classic. Speaking of classic and competition, my car rarely

sound the inside of the dealership for service.
