The Black Obsidian paint really shows off the aerodynamic shape of the car. The paint shines all around, and there are no significant dents or dings.

(please note that the lighter area you see just in front of the right rear wheel is the protective film strip that's on the car, its not a paint defect)

The Carfax report is clean, showing no accident history or any other problems. It also shows 19 service records. You can see the Carfax report at the end of the photo gallery.

Its not a new car, so there are a few nicks and light scratches here and there, but nothing that stands out. The most notable flaw is a crack at the bottom of the front bumper.

The interior is also in very good condition. No holes or tears in the surface of the Leather seats, no stains, no odors, no burn marks.

Both front seats have power controls. Both front seats are heated, but the passenger side heat switch is broken.

The rear seat is excellent.

This Infiniti comes with power windows, locks and mirrors; remote entry; auto dual-zone climate control; tilt wheel;cruise control; auto headlamps, and more.

The automatic transmission also has a sequential manual shift mode.

The display at the top of the dash shows climate control settings as well as
outside temp and a compass.

This G35 came from the factory with a BOSE audio system, but the head unit has been replaced with a Power Acoustik system with a CD player and USB input.

The Premium package includes a power moonroof.

The books and original window sticker are with the car.

The 3.5 liter V8 runs runs strong, and this car drives GREAT - very responsive, and it really handles well. Its rated at 280 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. Carfax shows 19 service records.

This car has 75,651 actual miles on it. It could be driven, so mileage might be a little higher by the time the auction is over.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. We have made a diligent effort to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the description. All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS .

If you are having an inspection performed, it must be done prior to the end of the auction. We will be happy to make the vehicle available for inspection before the auction is over, but post-auction inspections are not allowed.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. Please note that if the vehicle is from outside of Florida, this can take up to 30 days.

We are a dealer, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions

Payment and Fees

We will add a $395 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. Final payment is expected within 72 hours (3 days) of auction's end. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid

If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).
