2001 Isuzu Rodeo Description

Isuzu Rodeo 2001 LSE being sold AS IS. Needs work and inspection. Is old, needs work, but body is good and it runs.
Some main issues to be aware of include (not sure if these are major or easy fix-ups, just don't have the time or knowledge to deal with it):1. 4 wheel drive does not engage2. Gas gauge stays stuck on empty even after filling it up3. Some door handles are broken up/have pieces to open them, some window controls may not work as good, need wipers, etc. (small things throughout, but overall SUV drives and great for a "car handyman"or someone who wants a cheap SUV that drives).
I do not have the time or expertise to try and fix any issues, so I'd rather just sell it AS IS at a lower cost that what this SUV is worth. I have never had any major problems with it.
