1999 Isuzu VehiCROSS Description

Unfortunately the time has come to sell my VX. Have a baby on the way and can no longer afford to fix it. I bought the body shell, engine, frame and chasis all together and replaced everything that was missing with another VX I had that was beyond repair from rust damage. The interior is in great condition. There is very little rust on the frame. The engine and chasis has about 200k miles on it, I'm not sure the exact number because it did not come with an odometer. I have not put many miles on it as it was mostly a project / weekend vehicle.

What needs to be fixed:
- A/C doesn't hold pressure. I have no idea where the leak is, nor have I had time to really mess with it. Blower runs great and heat works.
- There is a leak in the gas tank and it won't hold more than half a tank. I've just kept it under a half a tank and haven't had any problems whatsoever. It was on my list of stuff to fix, just not high up on it.
- TOD check light comes on sometimes and the front wheels won't like taking sharp turns at slow speeds, like turning into a parking space. I haven't figured out what the problem is. Other than that the TOD system works when the check light isn't flashing and 4Lo works fine.
- Passenger window has the metal clips holding the windows, it just needs to be adjusted right. The front of the window seems a little low so the back part comes out of the track when rolling up. I have to push on the back of the window to keep it in the track when the window goes up.
- The hood insert has a chunk missing out of the corner of it. I don't have a picture as it's at a buddy's shop but I can get one if needed. It is no longer attached to the clips that held it in. I was going to drill holds through it where the clips held it and bolt it to the hood.

Work I've done:
- New paint job, matte white with a pearl overcoat. Gives it a nice dull luster
- 3" OME lift. Heavy duty springs
- Replaced the front rotors and cv joints
- New spark plugs
- Cd player and all new speakers
- Metal window clips and spare tire door knobs
- Aftermarket muffler

All in all it runs great and I love driving it, but can't afford to keep it. Need the money more than I need the project.
