2- We require a deposit of $500 within 24 hours after the end of auction. This deposit is non-refundable unless the vehicle fails the buyer’s personal inspection or pre-purchase inspection from a qualified facility. We accept credit cards (maximum $2500.00 USD), money order, cashier's check, and personal checks. Personal checks must clear before any vehicle(s) will be released. The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all State, County, City Taxes, and Fees, as well as Title/Registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered placing a bid, Texas residents are responsible for Tax, Title, and License.
