1999 Jaguar XJ8 L Sedan 4-Door Description

Up for sale is a 1999 Jaguar XJ8 Vander Plas sedan. You can see from the photos that the car is in nice physical conditions with the usual nicks and scraps (see front and rear bumpers) for a car of this year. The cream leather has one small rip in the drivers seat and there are a couple of stains on rear seat. The carpets are like new as is the wood grain and door panels. The problem is that though it starts, it has a knock in the motor. No.it can not be driven home. I purchased it with the idea of installing another motor or putting a GM 350 v8 to go with the GM transmission it already has.This car was maintained and driven on a regular basis before the motor started making noise. The usual problem of having to many projects forces me to put this car up for sale.
