This Jaguar XK8 is a 2005 model year which received a number of cosmetic enhancements for that year including reworked nose and ground effects. The superb 300 Horsepower 4.2 V8 mated to a 6 speed ZF transmission features here which gives more power and better MPG than the previous 4.0 V8. (27.2 MPG is what I received in a similar car over an 1100 mile trip recently. ) The 4.2 Liter XK8 is the one to own. An absolute pleasure. This car has been inspected by my 25 year veteran Jaguar ASE technician and found to be mechanically and electriconically sound. This car is in excellent condition throughout and is a tribute to its previous owner. The interior is very clean, a NON-SMOKER vehicle. The headliner is very clean and the convertible top canvas is as new! VERY STRONG EXAMPLE ALL AROUND! Yes folks, the car comes with 2 keys 2 remotes, and the convertible BOOT COVER, all present and correct!! The engine and transmission are strong and smooth and all electrical components, including the convertible top operate as they should. The convertible top itself is in excellent condition..
