1950 Jaguar XK Description

*** This XK 120 Roadster Is Located In Villanova, PA, 19085, about 20 Minutes outside of Philadelphia *** Not in Lumberton, NJ *** I am listing this Jaguarfor my good friend.Should you not like this color combination, he also has a 1953XK 120 available (see picture #24), similar situation, that I will be listing soon.

Simply a good, straight, early,XK 120 roadster withsome nickel / dime issues that someone with minimal skill can easily sort out. This is the best I can dowith the price for this one... so please understand. This is a good Jaguar for the end user, I am not looking to wholesale it.

ThisXK120 was stored immediately, after being completely serviced along withrebuilt carburetors, a new wire harness, brake system overhaul, suspension work, new fuel tank, a complete new interior, topand boot kit.(I believe the interior was originally red from the factory)and many other new parts. Much $$$ Already Invested

Except for me not cleaning this up a bit, there are some areasneeding attention. Unfortunately the engine has a non matching number, cylinder head, which is from a later car. The engine block number matches the Data / VIN plate. She had an earlier repaint with some runs, chips and other blemishes. The doors need adjustment.A couple ofgrill vanes are loose. Incorrect exhaust. No wheel jack or tools. Some incorrect screws, clamps,etc.. A mouse was in the trunk / boot and messed up the newer material.

She hasn't had much exercise in the last six years, she's been sitting in the garage. I started this120 Jaguara little whileago from my jump box, it took 20 seconds before she fired up on the old fuel. (one 12 volt battery in this car, the double battery box is in beautiful condition)The enginewas quiet, she coughed a bit when I hit the accelerator, butshe has good oil pressure with no bad engine noises.

Here is your opportunity to purchase agood, straight, early Jag that will only go up in value. Shecan bereadilyenjoyed with minimal attention.
