2005 Jaguar X-Type 3.0L Description

This 2005 Jaguar X-Type 3.0 AWD sedan has 123K on the odometer and runs great. There is a check engine light and an ABS light lit on the dash which I show during the video. The engine codes are listed below, and shown in the video and the pictures. Regardless of the lights the vehicle runs great and starts up everytime without any issues. The motor sounds great and the exhaust is quiet. The transmission shifts smoothly throughout all gears which I demonstrate during the YouTube video. The wheel alignent is straight and the wheel does not pull to one side or the other while driving whatsoever. The suspension feels good as well, the car rides very smoothly and makes no odd noises or sounds while going over bumps or making wide turns. The brakes are also very effective which I give several examples or during the test drive. There are no odd noises or sounds coming from the brakes and there is no vibration while braking either. There is an issue with the speedometer from time to time. It may be a faulty speed sensor. More times than not the speedometer is working as it should, however sometimes the needle does not respond which I show during the test drive video. The car runs/drives as explained regardless or this speedometer issue. The interior features: Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Seats, Heated Seats, Leather Seats, Power Sunroof, Am/Fm Radio, CD Player, Cruise Controls, Steering Wheel controls, and much more... ALL of which is working in the vehicle. The interior is in good shape for the year and mileage. The leather looks great throughout and the carpets are very clean. This appears to be a NON smoker vehicle. There is no smoke smell inside and no burn holes whatsoever. The interior smells great. The headliner is sagging, mainly in the rear and really won't affect the drivers area. This is a relatively easy thing to fix with some adhesive spray. All the controls inside are working as mentioned and show very little wear. The exterior is also in good overall shape. There is a significant dent on the hood of the vehicle which I point out in great detail in the video and pictures. This dent does not effect the opening/closing of the hood whatsoever as I demonstrate in the video. The paint looks great. The clearcoat is fully intact and there is no faded or sun damaged areas of paint whatsoever. There is a very small crack on the underside of the front bumper which is almost impossible to notice. (PLEASE SEE THE YOUTUBE VIDEO FOR A FULL TEST DRIVE AND WALKTHROUGH OF ANY AND ALL BODY DAMAGE) The alloy wheels look great overall, one of them is missing the center lug nut cap which is purely cosmetic. ALL of the interior/exterior lights and signals are working including the fog lights. The engine bay is super clean and well maintained as shown in the video/pictures.
