2005 Jaguar XJ8 Description

2005 Jaguar super v8. It's a 390HP supercharged V8 and sounds great. 3rd owner and I had an extended warranty on it so whatever needed to be done was completed at the dealership.Synthetic oil every 5k with BG MOA 110. Everything in the car works as it should, all of the electronics are in working order. Navigation, dvd player, heated seats/steering wheel. Brand new battery (3 weeks old) because I ran it once a week to keep fluids moving. You will need tires for sure, it's running stock 19s so you're looking at $1k for really good tires.
I've noticed within the past month, there's a slow leak on the passenger side somewhere. If I was going to keep the car, I would buy the Arnott replacement shock (lifetime warranty but it only applies if you purchase directly from them and not from a shop) and do it myself. It will cost you $1k for both front and rear shock passenger side. If this is your daily driver, then you're probably fine without doing the replacement just yet. The compressor takes about a minute to pump it up without any issues. I've been starting it every other day to save the pump front running too hard. It's not a brand new car but still looks great on the road and you'll get a lot of compliments.
It was my wife's car and we bought it back in 2010. Got sideswiped earlier this year as shown in the pictures and got a quote for $1500 dollars but doesn't look that bad. You can decide what you want to do.
Has every option available including some pretty nice feature:
  • rear entertainment.
  • Adaptive cruse control. Will adjust following distance once you set cruse control. Will brake the car all the way down to 20MPH before alerting the driver to take over.
  • Foward warning system where it will alert you if you're following the car ahead too close. The preset distance can be modify with a button.
  • NADA has it listed for around 14.5k and I'm open to offers.
