2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Description

Offered for sale is a very unique and rare 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. It is unique because I installed a very specific set of suspension and performance upgrades closely following the design American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) used to create their "Mojave" Edition of the WK. There are many websites containing detailed information about the AEV Jeep Grand Cherokee WK Mojave. I encourage a little research to gain insight of the Mojave's design and durability. I exceeded AEV's design when I installed an ARB Bull Bar front bumper with an integrated Tabor 9,000 lb winch and Mickey Thompson Sidebiter II wheels. This particular "Mojave" is rare because it has the powerful factory installed Mercedes Benz 3.0 liter V-6 CRD Turbo Diesel engine. This is the same engine used in the period Mercedes and Dodge Sprinter vans. These engines are very reliable as proven by the millions of miles the Sprinter vans have put on them.
I bought this WK used in 2007 and installed the upgrades in the same year. It now has over 100K miles on it and it has had very few problems in the nine years I have owned and driven the vehicle. I have had zero problems with the Superlift suspension system, and the only engine problems I have had were a failed glow plug at ~80K miles and a failed crank position sensor at ~95K miles. Both were easy replacements. I replaced the cam position sensor at the same time as the crank sensor because if one fails you have to replace both.
The vehicle is in excellent condition inside and out. It has the full set of available options except navigation. I lived in Texas when I bought this Jeep and it has never seen much use on salty roads. It has always been garaged and has no rust. It will make a new owner happy for many years to come!
This is an awesome Jeep. I realize I am over the book value with my price, but if you carefully consider what I am offering for sale, I think you will agree that this is a valuable vehicle at a fair price. I am nearing retirement and need to part with some of my toys. I hate to let this one go but it is time. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Stand-Up Engineering
American Expedition Vehicles' (AEV) Dave Harrington worked closely with DaimlerChrysler, offering technical design and engineering ideas for Jeep. It didn't take long for him to get the new Grand Cherokee in his shop to work his usual engineering magic. Most production vehicles roll off the assembly line with ground-clearance issues. Dave worked closely with Superlift's new head engineer, Kevin Dill. Kevin has been in and around the industry for quite a while, as he was the original designer of the Atlas II transfer case. Dave likes the fact that Superlift owns all its own manufacturing equipment, which in turn means no outsourcing. A partnership was formed between AEV and Superlift to build a line of ultra-high-quality Jeep suspension systems, the Mojave being their first endeavor.
