We have gone through and checked all the fluids and front end. She has 35" Kumho's on it now and it will easily take 37's. She does have a rebuilt title. The left front tire broke the wheel hub and broke the flare. This is a southern vehicle and has not seen snow. She is a beauty and can be a payment pounder or easily changed to be a rock crawler. Buyers Inspection: Damon's Cars & Classics has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We test drive each vehicle to determine the vehicle's overall condition. If you plan to have second party inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer will be responsible for arranging and paying for any Inspections that are done. Damon's Cars & Classics will allow the inspection of our vehicles, but we must receive a written copy of the inspection. If the Inspection company you are using will not agree to give us a copy of the inspection, we will not allow them to inspect the vehicle. This is just to keep everyone above board. Used vehicles will all have a certain degree of Wear and Tear. Damon's Cars & Classics LLC is located in Davenport Iowa, which is a Non-Inspection State.

Bid retractions: are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. If you bid within the last 24 hours, bid like you will own it. If you made a bid in error and want to retract your bid before the last 24 hours, email us with the reason and we will cancel the bid for you. Do not retract your own bid.

Finalizing your Purchase:

Paula will contact the successful high bidder (BUYER) by e-mail after the auction closes.

Successful high bidder (BUYER) MUST communicate with Paula at Damon's Cars & Classics by phone 563/391-2400 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete the transaction. We are not open Sundays and will not respond to any calls or emails. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller. We WILL NOT accept credit cards for the balance, no exceptions! There is also a $20 service fee for wire transfers. If transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer will loose their deposit. Even if the buyer can not pick up the vehicle within 5 days, the vehicle must be paid for before 5 days are up.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to Damon's Cars & Classics.

Representations and Warranties made by seller: All vehicles are sold AS-IS with NO Warranty or Guarantee said or implied. Manufacturers warranties may still apply. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or bank checks we will hold all titles and vehicles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. Wire Transfers are the quickest way to get your vehicle.
