We here at Fusion 4x4 are on to our next build, so it is time to send this beast off to a new home. This is arguably one of the top 5-10 most legit JK builds ever done. The build is well known as is the quality of our work.
There is easily over 600 hours of labor into this, including a hand built and TIG welded custom roll cage.

We built this to feel like a stock JK inside! The rear seat still fits, carpet in the front, info on floor lining below, etc. When you sit in the driver seat, it feels very close to sitting in a new JK. It can be driven as a daily driver and all electronics work.

The Jeep:
2013 Jeep JK, Manual transmission, 21k original miles, zero issues, never been in for warranty work
Suspension:
100% custom long arm designed by us, double triangulated 4 link rear, 3 link front
- That means no rear track bar and the ORIs means no sway bars or bump stops, it is a very clean setup.
- 7”-8” rear stretch, 2”-3” front stretch
- Flat belly (all brackets are new and tucked high away from trail hazards)
- Custom trans crossmember, custom rear link crossmember, custom rear frame crossmember design
- 2” OD x .250 wall custom control arms with MetalCloak Duraflex joints. Control arms were TIG welded and dipped in cadmium for corrosion protection
- 16” ORI struts on all corners. We went high on the towers to keep this Jeep lower to the ground.

Dana 60 front axle, with basically everything brand new
- 200 miles on new Yukon 5.38 gears and Yukon ZIP air locker
