1999 Jeep Cherokee Limited Description

Please enjoy this Awesome Cherokee!! This is a rare Limited model in incredible condition due to garaging and low miles. This vehicle was one owner for 17 years until September. The lift and tires were professionally installed at that time. The tires are new as are the wheels. A clean Carfax shows maintenance performed consistently and no accidents. Only 73K miles, the engine bay is all original. There are no leaks anywhere on the engine or the drivetrain. Everything works as it should. Full service, including rotor, plugs, fluid changes were performed. Brakes as well. As you may notice on this site, many of these Jeep Cherokees have excess of 200 and 300K miles and continue to perform. These motors are one of the best made for longevity. What you have here is a vehicle that is ready for another 10 years or more of service. It idles and runs like a new car. Being a rare Limited model, it has Gray Leather interior, Cruise, Power seats, windows and door locks. The air conditioning is literally ice cold and I run it on the lowest setting. A CD player in the dash and the interior is in fantastic condition. As is the paint, and sheet metal. The floors and frame are solid with no rust. This Jeep has not been offroaded in its life with one exception of a trail ride this past Saturday. I am a Jeep guy after all and I have owned 9 I had to run it down some trails It truly is remarkable. Lighter and narrower than a 4 door Wrangler it is very agile and Blast to drive. It has an automatic transmission and it works flawlessly. Another feature; this four wheel drive system is better than many offered by Jeep. It has a 2WD setting and a fulltime 4wd position that will allow you to use it on the road, in addition to the offroad 4WD setting and 4 wheel low range for serious use.
It rides smooth for a lifted vehicle with a good tire choice and suspension settings. It steers perfectly with no odd handling or steering. This vehicle is as solid as they come and is ready to become your adventure vehicle. It has a winch bumper and a new 9500lb winch. The axles have ARB covers. It has Fox Shocks, a new Steering stabilizer, JKS quick release sway bar, a Rubicon Express track bar, high quality springs front and rear with the right spring rates for flex and smooth ride.
I am conveniently located in Orlando. If you are not local you can fly in and drive home. There are no concerns of any kind with getting in and driving cross country. Or I can deliver to your car carrier in Orlando. There are many that come through Orlando if you choose to ship it (shipping not included). 1999 was the best year made!! The body style got an update and the lines cleaned up, especially the tail gate area, flush mounted windows, different rocker treatments etc. In 1997 Jeep tried out three different wiring harnesses with many electrical issues and got it straight in 98. By 99 its as good as it would be. In 2000 and 01 before production ended, they went through a problem because they went to different head manufacturing on the engine. Those years have a major engine flaw that will result in heads cracking and warping, coolant getting into the engine oil and major engine failure. Beware of those years. 1999 stands as the best, hands down and this is a prime example!!!
