This is a great Jeep and fun to drive. We originally bought it for the hunting camp but the Jeep never made it out of Baton Rouge once here. It was too much fun around town and we bought an old Toyota pickup instead for the camp.We Line-Xed the tub for the camp. Not to hide rust. We put brand new 35" Goodyear Wrangler MTR tires on the Jeep. They are still probably 98% tread.Added the black KC lights which can easy be removed. All fluids were changed at Lightline of Louisiana when we bought it, seals, etc. We added the CD player and New speakers in the dash.
Other than those few items this jeep is exactly how we bought it. It was already lifted with the black rims and mean 360 V-8 conversion. Jeep originally came from California and is rust free. I was told of the paint and decals or original.
Runs good, starts good and has a mean sounding exhaust.
This is s great Jeep that needs to be enjoyed more. I bet we haven't put 300 miles on this Jeep since we purchased it. It is stored in a climate controlled warehouse and is never left outside.
Ask any and all questions. Feel free to set up a time to come see and drive the Jeep. This Jeep is being sold as is where is with no warranty applied.
I will be happy to assist with shipping. Buyer to pay shipping fees but I will assist loading on a carrier.
Jeep is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
I've received a lot of questions about the condition of the interior and floors. The original seat skins are still very usable as is but not perfect show condition. There are a few rips in the bottom seat bolsters and some of the threads have come unsewn. The floor boards are in perfect condition. The Jeep originally had factory side steps and we did not cover the factory holes in the floor in case factory steps were ever added back in the future. I took a few pictures under the Jeep as well. The frame is in great shape and still has the factory paint and markings. Also I have updated the correct VIN number on the listing for this Jeep. The shocks on the back hatch work great holding the back hatch open. The factory insulation has been removed from under the hood and the area where the glue was does have some surface rust but it is very light as you can see in the picture. The factory A/C compressor and bracket are still attached to the motor so adding A/C would not be that difficult.
Please ask any questions and I will answer them as quick as possible and send pictures if needed.
