2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee laredo Description

Hello,
I am looking to sell my Jeep grand cherokee Laredo AWD
The car has a all the standard features of a Cherokee with power seats on both sides, sun roof, its a V6 4x4,
Some extras
1) the car has a hitch
2) It has sunroof.
2) Good tires ( yokohoma performance tires - about 20k miles left on them, They come with a 60k mile warranty)
It has 160k miles on it, i am the second owner and i drove it since it had 35k miles on it. Most of my miles are highway miles, as you would see on the carfax report the car is from NJ, i moved to midwest for my job, I travelled a lot cross country because of my job and most are highway miles.
The car is in good condition, there is a ding is on the front passenger side skin, someone nicked it while reversing in a parking lot, it shows up on carfax report for an entry in 2011. The ding is visible but only if you stand close. Also, recently some young kid hit a ball on the rear small window ( third small window, not the rear window) and it shattered but is held in place.
Its a rugged yet sophisticated machine.
The spare tire was never taken out, RIght corner tire is used for <5k miles as it was replaced for a bubble in the previous tire.
Its a black jeep with grey cloth interior. It has a hitch which you can use for towing or bike rack (350 dollar value)
I use regular gasoline but synthetic oil for the car, as valvoline guarantees 300k miles on the engine if we use synthetic oil.
Brand new battery - 2 days old.
Service done with full synthetic 1k miles back.
Spark plugs changed at 125k ( first time change so i think this will be some more time before you will need to change it )
Brakes done at about 15k miles back - You dont need to change them anytime soon, they work fine.
I am selling this car very reluctantly after the kid incident as this is my second car and i really hate to see it go but i had to replace the battery because of not using it. Please donot lowball me, the battery ( brand new and tires themselves will cost half of what i am asking and i think i am asking a fair price).
The check engine light is on - the code comes up when googled says that the gear knob needs to be removed and cleaned and put back. I neither have the tools nor the time for it, But it takes about an hour and sometimes the check engine light goes away. The Rubber in the key dropped ou, the key still work, but the rubber is gone. As i mentioned this is not my only car hence i did not replace it.
