1985 Jeep Other Base Sport Utility 2-Door Description

Your looking at one of the finest rust free CJ7's in the country. This Jeep had 1 repaint 6 months ago. I've owned the Jeep 3 years and it retained its original equipment and paint when I purchased it. This past winter and spring I had a local body shop complete a new base coat clear coat paint restoration ($7,000). Paint and decals are show condition. I have photos of before and during restoration. There was absolutely no rust repair made or needed. I've never seen a rust free jeep, until I found this one. Original paint on interior, engine compartment, and underneath body. Hardtop was painted inside and out. All new weather moulding, glass rubbers, and seals replaced. Original interior except new carpet. The 258 six cylinder Engine was rebuilt approximately 8,000 miles ago. 5sp transmission shifts excellent. Jeep runs, idles, and drives excellent. Both the front end and rear end have been through with all new seals and fluids. Alignment with steering components gone through, and it drives excellent, with no play whatsoever. New brakes everything replaced from master cylinder to wheel cylinders. The only thing that doesn't work is the gas and temp gauge. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, but that's nothing new with a jeep.
