1997 Jeep Wrangler SE Sport Utility 2-Door Description

1997 Jeep Wrangler 4WD with 207,673 miles on it--4 cyl engine w/5 speed manual transmission-245/70/16 tires-a/c, am/fm/cd
I traded with a friend of mine for this jeep. It was his project and he set it on jackstands, tore it completely down and replaced the following at a cost of nearly $7000:
New crate motor-ordered through O'Reillys in Ashland City, TN--I spoke with them and they have records on alot of the parts that were ordered
Transmission was removed, torn down, inspected and all sychronizers were replaced
Clutch was replaced--New brakes and chambers installed--New seals in tail shaft
Replaced transfer case
New K & N air flow system installed
New batteries--New master cylinder--new injectors
New bumper and new California kit(top with speakers) installed
New tires--New starter--New alternator
Many other pats replaced but this is a good list of major things that were replaced
He did not drive the Jeep more than about 500 miles after he did all this and I have put about 300 miles on it as I drive it daily currently. The following are defects which are cosmetic which he did not get to in the project: Needs new seat covers for front seats--Paint is peeling on hood and dent in hood--plastic pop in hood panel needs to be put back in(not very noticeable)--normal wear and tear--rear seats are a little dirty--
