The time has come to sell my beloved 2004 TJ Rubicon. My family and I have enjoyed this Jeep, trail riding all over the San Juan mountains of SW CO and the slickrock trails of Moab, UT. Only selling to purcahse a 4 door JKU for more room.
I purchased this Rubicon in August 2009. At time of purchase, a large majority of the major modifications (lift, bumpers, winch, gears) were already in place, having been completed by Mike's Offroad in Boazman, MT.
This Jeep has been well used, but not abused. While there are some dents, scratches and trail pinstripe from our off-road excursions, all necessary and routine mechanical maintenance has been completed as needed.
I've tried to take great care of this Jeep, knowing that if I did so it would remain a fun, trouble free vehicle. I've always used Amsoil synthetic engine and gear oils when changes were due.
All suspension bushings were replaced and new shocks installed in 2015.
The front drive shaft was replaced in 2016.
Currie HDCurrectlync HD Steering System installed last week and alignment done. Pictures do not show the Currectlync installed.
The tires and wheels were purchased and installed in December of 2013 from Discount Tire (tires have lots of life left) and the warranty certificates may be transferable to the new owner.
Pictures show the carpet out of the Jeep. It is in a box in my garage and can easily be reinstalled. Carpet is in good shape. I just prefer to have it out.
This Jeep is ready to rock....no pun intended. Doesn't need a thing. I'd jump in it and drive across the country tomorrow if needed.
Please don't bid if you want a perfect, scratch free Wrangler. Bid if you want a well built Jeep to take offroading.
Jeep is sold AS IS. NO WARRANTY.
