This Jeep Liberty Turbo Diesel is a great high mileage highway traveler and trailer puller. I managed to get 28.4 miles per gallon AVERAGE at 75 mph on a 100 mile trip thru hills and flats. Every hill the Jeep just kept on going, never downshifting or bogging down thanks to the power of the turbo diesel. If you need to pull an average utility trailer or any trailer under 5000 pounds this will do it without any hesitation.Loaded as the Liberty Limited is, power sunroof, power locks, HEATED power Leather seats, split fold down rear seats, privacy cover, 6 disc cd player, navigation radio, automatic, cruise control, radio controls on the steering wheel and many other options that are standard like drivers and passenger airbag AND side airbags. This is one safe Jeep.The good, brand new OEM turbo (not a cheap china knock off!) and a new Euro Mopar Torque Converter. Also, new transmission fluid and filter, new oil filter and oil change, and new transfer case fluid. The driveshafts have been rebuilt front and new rear u-joint. Timing belt, pulley and idler has been replaced. Brand new Magnaflow muffler 2.5" exhaust, currently no catalytic converter but I have a new in box universal converter should your state require it. Other brand new performance related items are Samco intercooler hoses, Weeks Stage 1 and 2 EGR delete kits and FCV delete kit along with a Green Diesel Engineering ECO tune. If you don't know about these items, a quick google search will show you how much money and engine life you are saving with the EGR delete and the added horsepower and torque with the GDE eco tune. This is over $2600 of major work, repairs and upgrades.If you are looking for a serious 3rd vehicle, winter or off road vehicle, towing or camping vehicle or a great vehicle that gets excellent fuel mileage then this would be the one.NO mechanical problems, starts right up, idles great, rides smooth, has great power delivery and brakes smoothly. Only recently have I noticed more smoke than normal on light acceleration or low RPM so I think one of the injectors might be going bad or the quality of fuel I filled up on is bad. I replaced the fuel filter to eliminate that as an issue. Fuel mileage on highway has been around 28 but it has been a bit higher before and around town I'm now averaging only 21.Interior driver seat is worn but the heated leather seat still functions great. All other interior trim in good condition. Paint and body work I'd rate at a 7, this vehicle is now 10 years old there are a few blemishes from scratches and dings. The white paint does a great job at hiding them from 10 feet it looks super sharp but if you get face to face with it you can start to notice the imperfections.I can assist with shipping by being available for a car carrier pick-up.
