1977 Jeep Wagoneer Some missing Description

1977 Jeep Wagoneer 4X4 *. *
Part of a collectors estate. The Jeep runs and drives, however deserves a restoration.A full description can be found below. Please read it all,, twice, as many of your questions may be answered.
The Body- The body has peeling clear coat, minor rust on lower quarters-The paint is poor but shines.- There are trim pieces which have fallen off and in the back of the jeep- The frame and floors are incredibly solid with only minimal surface rust.- The hood latch is broken and in the glove box. You must open the hood with a piece of wood labeled"hood latch". It took me 20 minutes to figure that out. You push the wood piece against the tab inside.- All of the glass appears to be in good shape.- The windshield wipers stop in the middle of the windshield- All of the bright work is in good shape
The Interior-- The interior is in pretty good shape-The seats are not ripped or stained, however the drivers seat has minor wear.-The drivers door panel looks a little tired but the rest look good.- The rear carpet in the hatch back part has some tears. The rest looks ok.- Dash is great and all of the gauges work- Heater and fan works, but did not try the AC.- The power back window goes down, Its about 2/4 down and the key felt to weak to turn itin the opposite direction and get it to come back up.I plan on having a key cut to see if I can turn it leftto raise it. Unless I'm missing something on how to raise it.
Drive-train-- The battery was dead, but started right up after charging it.- There do not appear to be any fluid leaks beneath the jeep- There is no smoke when starting or running- There are no weird noises- Note - I drovethe jeep for about 15 minutes. It appeared to slip in 2nd gear a coupe times, it could have been a hesitation from the carburetoror vacuum leak, but I'd rather be safe by describing the slip feel or hesitation only around 20-30 mph. I'm not sure I would drive it long distance until you go through it. I will check transmission fluid levels and report back. Perhaps it just needs serviced.- BUT the jeep runs and drives like a dream with exception to the aforementioned. No float, no rattles just a nice soft ride.- Exhaust does not leak and looks newer.
Suspension -- Unknown if it has been rebuilt or not, however it doesn't appear to float or drift.- The brakes work fine- The tires are brand new- The rims are in ok condition but need cleaned.
Over all the Jeep is in fair condition. Its a highly desirable, well running, 401 big block Wagoneer work horse.
Please see my feedback. No worries. Clear title in my possession.

*UPDATE* - Feb15 2017
I've finally had time to check a few more things out.- There are absolutely no leaks beneath the jeep and the transmission fluid is very cleanand was at the correct level.- I firmly believe the carburetor choke is stuck on, so it is idling high and when cruising, you stomp on thegas, it bogs down. It does not stall and I think I misdiagnosed it to be the transmission. There was no slipping, when I drove it for another 15 minutes today. Maybe the choke is stuck on, or the carb needs adjusted or rebuilt. It idles high. Would I bet my life on it? NO..But I'm also trying to be straight with you guys.- The rear sliding window WORKS!!! The battery was too low to run the window motor. I charged the battery andit goes up and down like it's supposed to.- I wrote the listing after retrieving the Wagoneer from my Buddies estate and have not had time to really diagnose things.
Happy Bidding
