2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit - Brilliant Black - 5.7L Hemi V8
2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit Description
For sale is our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit Edition. This Grand Cherokee is the highest trim level that was available for the 2011 model year. This particular SUV was priced just above $50,000 and comes fully loaded. We purchased this Grand Cherokee from a dealer in Crown Chrysler Jeep in Holland MI with ~70k miles on it. The original owner purchased it and drove it from the Grand Rapids area to Tennessee and back for work. The Jeep is great condition as the miles have always been on the expressway and we're both particular about the car and maintenance of our vehicles.
Since then the Jeep has been used as a daily driver for us and has proven to be a very reliable vehicle for our household. We've never taken the Jeep through an automatic car wash and all washes have been completed at home in our heated garage using the two-bucket method. The Jeep is free of any dents/dings or defects on the exterior paint (Brilliant Black Crystal Pearlcoat). Additionally, the leather on the inside is in good overall condition. The rear seats haven't ever been sat in and the front two seats are in better than average condition for the miles.
The 5.7L HEMI Engine does a great job with the Jeep. It doesn't have any problem putting itself down the road and tows very well. We've towed our 6,000LB camper multiple times and the Jeep pulls it with ease (rated at 7,400LB). With the Quadra-Lift air suspension the Jeep automatically levels itself out and therefore prevents any "sag" while going down the road. Since FCA uses a closed loop Nitrogen tank for the air suspension the whole system is isolated from moisture and therefore has been very reliable for WK2 owners. Most of GM's systems pull outside (humid) air and therefore expose the components to water.
Finally, the interior of this Jeep is packed full of luxury. I'd go into detail, but I'll refrain so you don't have read a small novel. Most of the features are listed below but I know I'm forgetting a few things. Overall the Jeep is in great condition and we're only selling it since we have too many vehicles. The only component that's showing wear is the rims. The centers are starting to have some clear coat peel but this can be fixed for $400-$500.
New tires were installed a few months ago and have proven to be great in the rain and snow.
