Quick in PERSON experience:

There is no mildew nor evidence of previous pet passengers . Definitely handled with ease and no utility use. Everything works down to the floor lights. A/C and heat tested including all power options. The carpet and seats are soft and odor free.

The drive is quiet, with smooth shifts engaging 4X4 with ease. This XJ is peppy and tracks to the road as intended. The front struts and rear leaf springs, which play a huge role in fuel economy, are both up to par and have been recently serviced. Brakes have been completely replaced front and rear including all OEM hardware.

"Let me share with you, the imperfections"

The only few things that are worth mentioning are mainly all cosmetic. This includes some very minor wear on the front fascia, including a few small chips. The front drivers side fender flare along with bumper end cap have light brush marks. All of these items are superficial and in no need of repair. I decided to leave the vehicle in its natural cosmetic condition as it does not prompt a necessary repair. The vehicle DOES have wear and tear as expected on a used vehicle, granted it is very minimal.
