Here is s low mileage clean title jeep project. Damage is as shown, will need repair to to roadworthy, has key, will not crank but engine turns freely by hand I believe it has a simple failure that needs to identified. Sold as is where is with no estimate of repair or parts required to repair.
IMO this is the perfect jeep to buy and build. Both bumpers have damage, both air bags have deployed, the front grille is damaged, there is a large dent in the pass rear quarter panel, most of which could be covered with some trail armor. There is also damage to the control arms.
