1997 Jeep Wrangler Base Sport Utility 2-Door Description

Up for sale is this sharp 97 Jeep Wrangler. 5 speed manual, Four wheel drive. Very solid unit! Overall this jeep looks like a million bucks from 20 feet away. Starts and runs good, all the lights and horn and stuff work as expected. Drives straight down the road. All original woman owned Jeep has not been modified except for the Boss stereo and roll bar mounted speaker system. Stereo sounds great! Soft top looks like new, you can see out of all the windows. Tailgate opens easily, all the doors open and close normal with no roughness. All the door locks work nice and smooth. Floors have no rust. Passed NY inspection no problem. No odors or unusual noises. This is a really nice Jeep.
Condition report: I put this up on the rack and examined the underside: The frame has holes on the bottom side only near where the trailer hitch attaches at the far rear of the frame. It also has a small hole about 1/2" diameter directly behind the transmission cross-member in the center of this Jeep. The floors look perfect, the body mounts and engine mount areas are excellent. The brackets that hold the rear control arms on are good. The front frame where the front axle attaches looks like new. Engine runs smooth with no warning lamps or smoke. Interior looks like new with only minor blemishes.
