1976 Jeep CJ CJ-7 Description

JEEP CJ-7 - Project Rock Crawler Beast:

(Almost Complete) With Full Doors + Roll Cage

This Jeep is almost trail ready! LOTS of work done! Super-Low gears for rock/trail climbing.

Runs & Drives. Starts easily every time!

*Engine: AMC 360 from 1980 Jeep Wagoneer- Rebuilt with new water pump, Motorcraft 2300 series 2 barrel carburetor, just Rebuilt/tuned. (Runs GREAT, tons of power & torque!)

*Transmission: 1975 Ford T-18 (4-speed w/ 6.32:1 granny first) with 1977 Scout T-19 main shaft and t-case adapter plate.

This Jeep will crawl up any hill with this granny 1st gear. (Top speed is about 55mph due to gearing)

*Transfer case: Stock Dana 20

*Axles: Donated from a 1989 Jeep Wagoneer. (new gears)

REAR: Dana 44's with 4.56 gears, spool in rear.

FRONT: 3/4 ton Dana 44 with 4.56 gears and right hand drop out of 1978 Dodge.

*Front bucket seats from Subaru.

*Body LIft Installed for generous rock-climbing clearance.

*Roll Cage Installed

*Full Doors (Does not come with shown Hardtop)

*New Exhaust

*Newly installed front tow bar. (included)

Normal Dents & Scratches for a real trail vehicle.

Small Rust spots in normal Jeep locations on body, not on frame.

Needs new windshield, Speedometer, Minor adjustments to the throttle.
