2009 Jeep Patriot Description

Offering 1 owner, Jeep Patriot, 79K miles,automatic, many options,purchased new at CARMAX. All regularly scheduled maintenance milestones performed during ownership.Good gas mileage. Has never been used for towing purposes. LOW RESERVE.
This vehicle has been driven exclusively by my daughter during high school/college years. Exterior body is inabove average condition with some nicks and dings. Rims are below average as displayed in pictures. Tires have approximately 10K on them. All power windows, other vehicle systems, including heat/air work greatand other interior features work fine with exception of radio/CD playerwhichoperates only periodically. The cloth interior is very clean with no rips orvisible stainson seats. There has never been anysmoking at any time in vehicle. I recently drove the vehicle at night from Tuscaloosa, AL to Atlanta, GA and it was a pleasurable driving experience with no problems identified.
FULL DISCLOSURE: This vehicle has consistently leaked water during periods of rain in and around the sun roof which is inoperable. I have spent several hundred dollars at a Jeep dealerin an attempt to unclog the drains which I have been told is the problem but the leak persists. It could ultimately be a minor fix but nature of problem and required cost of the fix is unknown. I have seen reports of similar leakage issues by other Jeep Patriot owners.
