2006 Jeep Wrangler Runs w/ Loud Rod Knock 4Cyl .. Consider motor rebuild/replace

2006 Jeep Wrangler Trail Rated Description

I bought this Jeep a few days ago and now it needs a motor replaced or rebuilt.The Jeep stills runs and drives but has a loud knock.I am not a mechanic and would rather buy a complete Jeep instead of going back and forth to a mechanic.
The title is an Arizona title in my name.The motor had some work done before I bought it (not sure what repairs).The AC works.. heater works ...Has two half doors on the Jeep now.There is a RV tow hitch attached.Tires are in good shape 31 X 10.5 R15LTInterior is in good shape but some slight stains.Has a High-Lift Jack.

The motor starts and runs/drives but has a loud knock (mechanic said rebuild or just replace motor).The actual mileage is 150,400 (on title) but the odometer shows 105,000 was told that the cluster was replaced but not reset to actual mileage.The speakers are missing (shown in pictures).The top has a couple holes where previous owner has bolts to mount rack on roof..Back side windows on top are missing.Back seat is not mounted (not sure if bolts are there).
